Our Goals Include:

• Research nationally recognized community-based supportive housing models for people with IDD to assess best practices and replication opportunities

• Educate Wisconsin on the need for a variety of community-based supportive housing options for people with IDD, as well as the resources and opportunities available

• Advocate for the creation of a diverse supply of community-based supportive housing options for people with IDD in Wisconsin

• Communicate to people with IDD, parents, developers, and the general public through resource dissemination, best practices, information sharing, and media

• Convene and catalyze the work of families, organizations, and units of government that create community-based supportive housing models for people with IDD across Wisconsin
